If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Returns
You should return the items within 7 calendar days from the date you received them. To be
eligible for a return, your items must be unused and and in the original packaging.
Please contact us at hello@theteaclubtoys.com before shipping the products back to us and let
us know the reason for your return and provide us with proof of purchase. In case of a faulty item,
please include some photos to support your claim.
Refunds
Once we receive your parcel, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after
inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will provide a full refund minus shipping cost by the same means of
payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You just need to pay the
return shipping cost.
If a mistake in the order is made by us, or you received a damaged item, we will provide a full
refund or we will exchange the faulty goods. And of course, we will assume the shipping cost.

How to return an item in easy steps
1. Please let us know what’s wrong with your order at hello@theteaclubtoys.com before you send
us the goods.
2. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused
condition in the original package.
3. Send your parcel back to us and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service.
