PROCESSING TIME

All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. After we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package along its trip.

In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. if the contents are damaged, please contact us at hello@theteaclubtoys.com


PAYMENT METHODS

All our prices are in Euros. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price.

We currently accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners)

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
